I am too busy to write, but I must say a word about your health. I never keep track
of the flight of time, either for myself or other people. I had no idea you were
going through any physical disturbance. Of course you are taking those "mixed glands" tablets3 which do so much
to minimize the effects of a such disturbances. If
you are not, go at once to a doctor and ask hims - -
- - No, better still, here is the very perscrip
prescription I muyself used. Take it to a good druggist and have it filled
and take the tablets regularly.
Mail the prescription back to me, as Edith4 now uses it. You probably are using the tablets already, but just on the chance I call your attention. Every woman on earth uses them now.
I have had two appendix attacks lately, and will have to have the thing operated on soon5. Just now Isabelle Hambourg6 is in bed an
in a hotel a few
doors from me, very seriously ill7.
Jan8 brought her over to see American
doctors, while he goes o on a professional tour in
Canada9 for six weeks. As soon as she is
a little better I shall have my appendix out, but just now my hands are pretty
full.
My love to you, dear. We must both have courage, and dont
fail
to
take
the
mixed
glands.
