A Calendar of the Letters of Willa Cather: An Expanded, Digital Edition is an effort to provide a guide to the letters written by Willa Cather. The digital edition is an expanded and updated version of the 2002 print volume, published by the University of Nebraska Press and edited by Janis P. Stout.
There are records of 2,179 letters in this digital resource, a number that represents most of the Cather correspondence known in 2010. In the years since, many more letters have come to light. Work is underway to fully represent all known letters—now around 3,000—in the Complete Letters of Willa Cather, a work that will supersede the Calendar of Letters when it is complete.
