⬩W⬩S⬩C⬩ My Dear Charles Edwin1

I meant to send you a Valentine, but I am woefully behind hand in everything these days. What with old friends being very ill5, and new babies arriving, I am actually out of breath. Perhaps if I send you an Easter greeting, now, in March, it won’t get side tracked by unexpected events.

With love and good Wishes Your Aunt Willie

You know that your cousin Margaret6 has a fine baby boy7? I first saw him when he was twenty hours old. He was rosy, but neither red nor wrinkled.
