You shall have the Epilogue4 by the first of next week, but there is no prologue. I leave for Pittsburgh5 tomorrow night, so ask the press to send remaining page proofs to me at 1180 Murray Hill Ave6.

Within ten days you shall have some very good photographs by Hollinger7.

I leave Pittsburgh for Durango8, Mancos9, Santa Fé10 etc on August 6th. Please try to send me a sample cover before that time.
