NUMBER FIVE BANK STREET3 Dear Miss Mills1;

I am going to Philadelphia4 tomorrow and do not know just when I will return. If I am in town2 on the Fifteenth, however, I shall be very glad to come to the Book and Play Club luncheon.5 I appreciate your kindness in asking me, and hope I can be with you. I will let you know positively a few days before the luncheon.

Faithfully yours Willa Cather
