Dear Mr. Austerman1;

I expect to drop down at the Inn4 on Monday, September 12th. If possible will you have my old rooms ready for me, 324 and 328, with the bath between. Please do not tell a anyone I am coming, unless Mrs. Warner5 should happen to ask.

I shall be very glad to see you all again, though I can stay only a few weeks this time. Miss Lewis6 cannot come7, so I shall be alone.

With greetings to Eleanore8 and yourself, Willa Cather
