My Dear Meta1

I wish it were possible for me to go to Casper3 and do all the lovely things you suggest with you. I know we would all be the better for an adventurous holiday of that kind. But I must be leaving for Grand Manan4 in about two weeks now, and we've all been so busy that I've scarcely seen anything of the family as yet. We5 have all enjoyed Virginia's6 visit. We have not done many of the things we had planned to do, but the things one does not plan are often just as good. The next time I come west I am surely going to explore a little of Wyoming7 with you.

With love to you both8 Willa
