⬩W⬩S⬩C⬩ K 3/12/45 Dear Alfred1;

I am so glad to have “Siamese White”3. It is a grand adventure story, and Maurice Collis4 is a grand writer. But what shocking book-making! I am glad the “Archbishop”5 did not have to be re-printed in England6 this year, if this is the kind of book they are turning out. Page 4 shows through on page 3. Dreadful paper!

Thank you so much Willa Cather 1945 FEB 28 AM 9 20
