1180 MURRAY HILL AVENUE3 My Dear Miss Nichols1

I am so glad that you are going to let us4 have the letters5, for I feel such a deep personal interest in them. I think Mr. Homer St. Gaudens6 must be a well balanced young man to look at the matter so fairly. I shall be in Boston7 next week and I shall be glad to look over any of the material with you and to hear your plans for handling it.

Miss McClung8 improves steadily, though very slowly. We still feel a great deal of anxiety about her.

Very Cordially Yours Willa Sibert Cather
