Dear Mr. Crowell1;

The enclosed letter from the Agricultural Department was forwarded to my sister Elsie3 because my first name is spelled wrongly. I am sending it to you, as you will know whether to give it any consideration.

I am very glad to hear in a letter from Mrs. Sidney Florance4 that you have had a good snow storm in Webster5. I hope you and your family have not been inconvenienced by the very cold weather.

Sincerely yours Willa Cather
